About Melynie

My real estate passion was sparked by 24 years as an active-duty Air Force spouse, which involved moving every two years and buying/selling countless homes. That firsthand experience means I genuinely understand the stress, excitement, and challenge of relocating and adjusting to a new community.

I founded my business on the core Air Force values—Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do. These principles guide how I serve my clients, whether I’m hunting for the perfect property or sharing the joy of finding 'the one.'

My knowledge is further strengthened by my family’s construction company, which specializes in large-scale residential remodeling and custom home building here in Northwest Arkansas.

Though originally a Michigander, my husband's Air Force retirement led us to NWA, where we chose to put down roots and finish raising our four amazing girls and two doodles. We were instantly drawn to everything this region offers, and we've never looked back!
